An unknown and valuable coffee, grown in the highlands of Sidamos, southwest of Ethiopia, the country of origin of Arabica coffee.
Etiopia Espresso Single Origin, with slow to medium roasting. Intense aromas of aromatic plants and an amazing variety of spicy flavors such as cinnamon, orange peel, aromatic herbs and honey, and with notes of rum. Pleasant and delicate acidity, very good aftertaste.
A “meditation” coffee is recommended for special moments of relaxation and wellness. An experience to try.
